- Interacting with department heads to identify job openings.
- Posting job openings on media and social media outlets.
- Finding and filtering appropriate job applicants.
- Scheduling and conducting interviews.
- Extending job offers and arranging the relevant documents.
- Coordination and communication with outsourcing companies to provide appropriate manpower.
- Maintaining Onboarding process, standardize onboarding experience that immediately connects our new hires to our vision, mission, culture and values.
- Cooperating with other departments to ensure the provision of better onboarding for new employees.

Operations:
- Monitor the daily tasks of the employee’s orders (assignments, permissions, vacations, leaves, and remotely working).
- Handle all hiring activities like Iqama renewal, visa issuance, work license, transportation, medical insurance, etc.
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records for employees.
Payroll:
- Monitor attendance and fingerprint records.
- Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days.
- Prepare every month payroll thru HR system.
- Prepare employee-related records/reports and ensure the information available on the system is always accurate.
- Implements the termination process (leaves, dismissal, end of service benefits etc.) as per the labor law policy and submits all relevant documentation to proper local authorities.
- Acts as the contact point for employees’ requests regarding their rights and obligations.
