Recruitment
• Handling full cycle of recruitment end to end including screening, interviews, assessments, offer negotiation, hiring process and Inductions
• Plan and implement recruitment strategy or design recruitment and selection process ( Using tools such linkedin, Indeed, Bayt.com, Jobstreet, Naukrigulf, Gulf Talent, Expatriates.com, Taqat system for Saudi staff recruitment, Jobsfair and dealing with Tie up agency international for overseas recruitment)
• Create monthly and annual recruitment report
On Boarding and Exit Employees
• Responsible for joining formalities (Accommodation, Office/PC, stationaries/access cards etc.
• Conduct new employee orientations to ensure understanding of company policies, benefits plan and enrollment provision, duties and responsibilities, working schedules and promotion activities
• Complete the off -boarding process
Employee relations
• Maintain and Organize HR Employment records in accordance with legal requierements and company policies and procedures
• Responsible to organize HR events like employee birthday, fun hours, Employee of the year
• Responsible for drafting and distribution of office communications including memos, letters and other notices
• Advice employees on company policies and procedures as per Saudi labor law
• Respond to employees queries on leaves, resignations, end of services etc.
• Process employee medical insurance
• Manage booking of employee ticket (Monitor and control the home leave ticket entitlements of all the employees in order to ensure that air ticket will be utilized within aspecific period stipulated by the company and ensure that the payment is accurate and compliant with the contract terms and approved policies.
• Handling and maintaining Employee Evaluation
• Prepare and maintain employee hand book.
• Prepare employment contract, offer letters
• Monitoring staff performance in order to utilize the training session
• Supports management with employee concerns, problem resolution and HR tools/systems
• Assist in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedure
• Assist in the development implementation and facilitation of training and development initiatives
Compensation and Benefits
• Prepares and Maintains salary and payroll data per month
• Calculating end of service benefits
• Responsible for keeping track of employees information using HR system(Time sheets, leaves and return, sick leaves, overtime hours, deductions)for salary calculation.
• Coordinate and manage the full & final settlement with the help of finance division
Legal advisory Services
• Drafted letters for termination, /warning with assistance of legal team
• Liaising with the legal consultant for any legal issues arising from any Departments.
• Working with Team in regards of HR audit
• Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
Administration Government relation
• Liaising with Government officer in regards of visa formalities such working visa, visit visa, Transfer residency, cancellation and extension of residency.
