Communication with Engineers/ Senior Architects of P & D to develop and design all architectural requirements of modification and alterations of variety projects inside the Health Care Facilities such as (Lobby, Patient Discharge Lounges, Doctors In-Call Rooms, CEO offices, Wards..etc)
Producing Technical Reports.
Assisting and supervising the continues of all As Built Drawings.
Produce Feasibility studies for proposed projects in Central/Western/Eastern Regions.
P.T.R for an approved projects.
Meeting with suppliers, contractors and attending meetings with hospital Staff/End users.
Selecting furniture, fabrics and materials that match hospital standards.
Supervising in Man Power/Workshops work (MEP Work, Ceiling and Flooring, carpentry/paint and others)
Holding Private villas, offices and shops from conception to completion.
Project management and development.
Devolving design ideas.Creating design presentation boards.
Choosing hard/soft finishing materials.Meeting suppliers, contractors, & clients.
Site visiting.
Dealing and Develop bespoke furniture.
