Responsible in the store as an in-charge in the absence of my line manager.
Handling all paper works / documents in the store. Maximizing every sales opportunity by promoting the highest standards of customer care and recognizing potential development and training opportunities. Performing the highest possible standards of customer service from the team and maintaining the smooth day to day operation of the store. Maintain good staff relations through effective communication, leadership, discipline and motivation.
Assist customer to their orders and inquiries. Resolves customer’s complaint and concerns. Maintain the orders and supplies that in need in store. Responsible for yearly inventory and money related matter. Merchandising the display and maintaining the stocks and supplies. Knowledgeable in secretarial work and responsibilities. Fully responsible in reception counter by receiving guest, appointment scheduled and guides them to concerned personnel upon determining the nature of their business appointments.
Attains telephone calls and determines nature of business prior to transfer to concerned personnel.
Performs variety of clerical task that includes correspondence mail of collection and distribution, etc.
