Provide support to seniors, supervisors and Labor to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.
Monitor staff performance and attendance activities
Monitor staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is applied to hire staff.
Issue salary certificates, Salary Transfer letters, NOC¡¦s as per the request of employees.
Handle the leave process for the staff (leaves form, air tickets )
Follow up with the payroll dept. regarding the salary issues (salary deduction, overtime ...).
Applying for the health insurance cards for the new joiners.
Arranging labor camp accommodation for the staff.
