- Responsible for invoice processing daily and weekly
- Ordering replenishment items and maintains proper merchandizing in the store.
- Responsible for contacting sales leads through phone solicitation, converting prospects into customers.
- Represent company in a positive and professional manner.
- Identify areas of improvement in the company and assist in creating and implementing solutions.
- Assisting in planning of special events, trainings and seminar.
- Preparing external and internal correspondence, meeting and travel arrangement.
- Maintain all necessary data & documentation for Department.
- Answering & screening phone calls
