• Sourcing profiles through Job Portals, Job Posting, Networking & References for Reviewing Job Applications, Screening & Short-listing candidates through Telephonic & Personal interviews to ascertain their competencies
• Coordinating with candidates to schedule the interviews with the respective Clients
• Follow-up with Client’s for feedbacks & updates
• Participating in Employee Background Verification, Salary Negotiation & Offer Generation
• Coordinating Pre-Joining & Post-Joining Recruitment Processes
• Sourcing & recruiting for new openings through portals & Buddy Referrals
• Handling Joining & Exit Formalities (Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Experience & Relieving Letters), Induction Programs & On-boarding
• Performance Appraisals, Employee Relations, HR Policies, ESAT Surveys, Benefits Administration, Absenteeism
• Maintaining Leave & Attendance Tracker & Employee Master
• Working as bridge between employees and employer for handling the grievances and other employment activities for smooth running organization
