- Responsible for all talent acquisition activities in Middle East.
- Manage several HR tasks across all GCC countries.
- Act as a first point of HR contact for employees in scope.

- Participate in digitizing all HR processes as onboarding, offboarding, employee requests, ….etc.

Consult with management and other leadership to identify appropriate learning and OD programs to support business goals.
-Create and implement programs that connect employees with business goals.
-Formulate, organize and execute overall performance management system and make sure to have no corruption or discrepancies.
- Run the training -either internally or externally-and development plan settled according to the TNA prepared annually and ensure is effectively executed.
-Support with promotion assessment, providing coaching sessions, and analysis / development of talent management systems, succession planning and processes related to performance management, career planning.
-Design employee engagement & satisfaction surveys, analyze them and prepare a realistic, achievable and creative action plan.
-Update and create the whole organizations’ JDs on regular basis according to the preset quality standards
-Act as a contact person in all HR audits -external or internal-, responsible for completing & supporting all the needed documents leading to passing the audits with no major points
-Develop methods to improve employment policies, processes, and practices, and recommend changes to management.
