• Member of the Executive Leadership Team at The Oxford Partnership (TOP) which has four female Colleges - Arar, Sakaka and Al Quaryatt in the North and Madinah College which was acquired in July 2015

• Worked collaboratively with the Executive Leadership Team to establish the vision, strategic planning framework and operational plans to develop and fully implement the TOP project to 2019

• Chaired the Quality Board across four Colleges and created and implemented the quality assurance frameworks across the Colleges aligned with TOP’s core values, objectives and key performance indicators.

• Provided leadership and management in TOP Arar and Sakaka Female Colleges both of which are in Northern Saudi Arabia

• Meticulously managed performance to ensure that all KPIs were achieved in order to maximise funding from Colleges of Excellence including attendance, recruitment, retention, achievement and Institutional Review

• Managed staff performance against KPIs; closely monitoring curriculum planning, delivery and quality standards

• Overall responsibility for the teaching, learning and assessment at the Colleges in order to successfully deliver the Saudization programme and employment outcomes

• Designed and implemented a Continuous Professional Development programme aimed at significantly enhancing teaching, learning and assessment methods in a bid for continuous improvement and to be outstanding

• Mentored and empowered staff to convert strategy into results using creative and dynamic leadership and positive feedback

• Achieved Good with outstanding features for Saudi Skills Standards Institutional Review (IR) in 3 Colleges

• Lead on the continuous self assessment and quality improvement process across all four Colleges which was highlighted as a strength in the Institutional Reviews

• Independently travelled across the country visiting all 4 colleges to implement the quality assurance framework and deliver staff development sessions as part of TOP’s commitment to continuous improvement.

• Reported to the TOP Board on the performance of the Colleges and implementation of the Quality Assurance Framework
