Contact and liaise with prospective candidates in relation to a position.
Covering HR operations programs, processes and policies.
Recruiting suitable employees.
Managing employees performances, administration, leaves
management and other related tasks.
Updating and redrafting existing recruitment policies.
Identifiying appropriate and effective external sourcing for candidates.
Draft/Edit job descriptions both in Arabic and English.
Scheduling and conducting interviews, checking references, and
employees on-boarding.
Handling the full recruitment cycle.
Organize and facilitate job fairs and company events, representing the
company through Levant.
Drafting and finalizing offer letters and contracts for employees
suggesting packages and grades depending on their level of experience
to proceed with internal approvals.
Checking references for successful candidates
Managing existing customers accounts.
Identifying potential customers, as well as attract and retain them.
Researching and identifying their recruitment needs and
recommending/consulting the best products that fit their needs
