Worked with Bord Bia’s network of 11 overseas offices, coordinating various market reports, budgets and market plans; scheduling and organising team meetings; and communicating with office managers on ad hoc queries and issues.

Travelled to Lagos on a government led Trade Mission in December 2015 to assist the International Markets Manager and Africa Markets Manager with the organisation of meetings and events.

Coordinated the Dairy Seminar in Lagos - involved communicating with local players such as Promisador and Governmental agencies (NAFDAQ) to attend and speak at the event.

Organised meetings for Irish companies in the meat, dairy and seafood sectors in Lagos from Ireland - fostered these relationships and speak on a monthly basis with Nigerian companies to increase the exports of Irish agricultural products to the Nigerian market.

Conducted Market research in Tanzania and Lagos on the retail sector to identify unreported market opportunities.

Worked with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Embassies of Ireland worldwide on various projects including Trade Missions and St. Patrick’s Day Showcase Food Packs.

Project managed the food styling and photo-shoot to Bord Bia’s Food and Drink Awards.

Organised and accompanied several inward itineraries including the World Bank & the Food and Agricultural Organisation in November 2015 - developed the relationship both organisations have at a research (Teagasc, Irish Cattle Breeding Federation), farming and manufacturing level with Irish stakeholders.

Assisted the Communications department with several events throughout 2015 & 2016, including
managing the activities with Ireland’s national broadcaster, RTÉ during Bloom 2015 & 2016. .

Managed Bord Bia’s Twitter, Instagram and Facebook accounts and have successfully increased
viewership and interactivity across all platforms.

Assisted the Markets Manager Africa in the preparation of the Foodservice Trade Fair in Johannesburg 2016.

Developed Irish Agricultural Sales data for 2015 and 2016 to over 100 counties worldwide using Microsoft Suite packages.

Assisted the project manager for Marketplace International with the management of itineraries,
hotels and logistics. This involved the coordination of over 120 international buyers.

Responsible for the management and coordination of over 80 staff.
