- Responsible of making filing system of Sales & Marketing department.
- Handling the paper work of Director of Sales & Marketing and the Assistant Director of Sales; including follow-up on their groups, MICE business, offers, contracts, etc...
- Organizing and coordinating Sales Team business trips.
- Making extensive statistical lists and surveys related to our Resort and its competitors.
- Participate in E-commerce business of our Resort.
- Responsible for our official website and official facebook page; this includes updating data, pictures, post latest events, interact with our members, etc…
- Responsible on our Resort’s Marketing Materials (Flyers, Brochures, Fact Sheet, CD, Posters, Rollups, etc).
- Contact with publications for our Resort’s advertizing.
- Updating our Resort database for Sales & Marketing.
- Reporting to the Hotel for the Sales & Marketing Department.
Leasing Department:
• Preparing budgeting, forecast, tenant mix and Leasing Strategies.
• Responsible of all paper work (Deal Summary, Lease Proposal, Lease, Memos, etc.)
• Leasing units for tenants.
Legal Department:
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in the legal documents (Lease Agreement & Agreement For Lease) issuing and reviewing commercial terms, special conditions, etc.
• Delivering signed Lease Agreement and Agreement For Lease copies to Legal department.
Finance Department:
• Coordinating with finance to make sure that tenant have paid all their payment dues in due time.
Tenancy Coordination Department:
• Coordinate to maintain the flow of work, submitting all related forms (LRTF, LRPC), tracking required submittals (LOD’s, Layout, Trackers, etc.).
Marketing Department:
• Coordinating and providing them with high resolution logos for our tenants who have signed Lease Agreement. Also, provide them with list of invitees in related events. Reviewing and confirming Mall directory list.
Mall Management:
• Coordinating and providing them with tenant’s contact details for their formal correspondences and any other requests related to Leasing Department.
Financial Analyst and Reporting:
• Progress Reports: Assists the Retail Leasing team on the preparation of, tracking sheets and paper work.
• Providing accurate Leasing Master database on weekly basis.
• Brand Profiles: Maintenance of a Brand Profile Log Communication with prospective tenants will be required.
Administration:
• Assist Leasing team with required administration work (Lease Proposal, Brand Overview, LAF, NOA, LRTF, LRPC, etc. with all its required approvals), updating tracking sheets, tenants contact database, travel arrangements. Fully responsible for documentation and filling system.
Financial Data Entry and Maintenance:
• In collaboration with the Leasing Manager, is responsible for data entry and maintenance of records as follows :
o SAP: Ensuring all lease contract information (Retail) is accurately recorded in REFX s
o System, including all new leases, amendments, terminations.
o Leasing Master Database: Providing accurate Leasing Master data base on weekly basis
