- Developing the marketing plan according to the business plan and budget of every brand
- Planning for the pre-opening of F&B outlets
- Managing the social media accounts of all 7 brands
- Handling the preparation and completion of all marketing materials
- Sourcing all marketing material in coordination with the procurement department
- Participating in the menu engineering process
- New menu launching
- Planning for events and special campaigns
- Delivery service activation
- Establishing the bulk mailings and SMS campaign system
