Translating the Corporate Marketing vision into a coherent marketing & communications strategies while leading the creation of innovative, impactful & unique marketing, design & PR solutions that influences public opinion, promote ideas, products or services related to the DMI brand.

Responsible for leading the Corporate Marketing team in continually enhancing and evaluating DMI's brand across all its platforms while providing thought leadership & perspectives to increase brand awareness through campaigns, advertisements, events & CSR initiatives ensuring they are all in line with DMI’s strategies.

Steering the direction, design and production of Dubai Media Incorporated brand and advertising program to key target markets.

Planning and executing the corporate brand marketing plans.

Coordinating all media interest and acting as Dubai Media Incorporated Brand representative for proactive and reactive media opportunities.

Leading the direction and supervision of the corporate brand marketing team.

Ensuring the DMI Brand is aligned to the Government of Dubai strategy objectives and guidelines by closely monitoring internal and external brand touch points.

Assisting in the strategic vision for DMI's social media program by focusing on creating interactive and engaging content.

Taking creative leadership of all design projects including branding, motion graphics and campaigns.

Scoping, implementing and managing branding and re-branding projects of the various DMI channels.

Manage, develop and lead all design personnel, making sure they are aware of the latest trends and world standard applications.

Manage and control the work-flow of the department team, working with the Traffic Manager, to ensure on-time delivery of projects.

Optimizing the creative department processes and workflow documentation so as to deliver projects in the most efficient ways possible.

Managing numerous projects at one time and proactively finding design solutions that meet the brief, deadline and set budget.

Tasks include: leading a team and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and design partners/ external agencies. Using audience and visual research, image setting, art direction and comprehensive channel branding: logo designs, storyboards, and brand/ identity maintenance.

Scoping, implementing and managing branding and re-branding projects of Dubai Television which span various channels - Television, website, marketing and print media.

Managing numerous projects at one time and proactively finding design solutions that meet the brief, deadline and set budget.

In Charge of Comprehensive visual packaging (Identity) for shows: including concept development, storyboards, music & art direction of video shoots, logo design, creating opening sequences, websites, stationary and promotional items where necessary as well as collaborating with set designers for various print projects.

Non-design responsibilities: Budgeting and project managing branding projects, dealing with show producers, printers, suppliers and assigned coordinators between the creative department and Dubai Television administrative offices.
Streamlining the creative department processes, setting guides, backup system filing as well as creating online tracking system for projects.

Graphic Designer for the Direct Marketing Division.
Design logos and applying branding guides on various direct marketing projects such as for clients like Meridien Hotels, Standard Chartered, Emaar, RAKBANK and various others.
