• Conduct door-to-door vaccination.
• Commitment to standards of care and professional practice.

Provide administrative and medical tasks in the Ceo’s clinic/cardiologist.
Enter all the information that includes the patient receipt number, kind of exam, attending physician, on the echocardiogram machine.
Transfer images from the echocardiogram to the PACS system. Type all recorded or written reports of echocardiography exams on PACS system of each patient.
Deliver reports to the patients.
Take and confirm appointments and reschedule them
Receive patients, visitors and phone calls. Collect medical records from patients .
Ensure proper mediation between doctors, patients and different departments. Transfer medical or other messages from: patients, visitors, different departments and other doctors, to the CEO then follow up with each one of them afterward and ensure up-to-date information is given to them.
Receive and follow-up, on a daily basis, on results of the doctor's patients, done at the hospital or outside, and and update them accordingly.
Perform any other related duties as requested by the cardiologist: Prepare patient for clinical tests( stress test, echocardiogram, EKG, Holter), place Holter monitor and transfer it to the system and perform EKG.
Liaise with the laboratory, radiology and insurance companies.
Write medical reports, as-well-as, refill medical prescriptions.
Prepare files of patient before appointment and before transferring a medical message also, update them when needed.
keep copies of all medical records and data in the patient's file.
Provide administrative tasks to ensure efficient and smooth flow of operations in the clinics. Support Physicians and patients through a variety of tasks related but not limited to patient care management, organization and communication. Assist patients by providing information, services and assistance. Assist physicians in finalizing the needed reports. Type routine correspondence and reports from dictation or handwritten copy. Transmit routine prescription and refills as directed. Liaise with the lab, radiology and insurance companies.
Attend meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new products and services, learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts.
Calculate premiums and establish payment method.
Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy, to analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes, or to change beneficiaries.
Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers, often covering a variety of risks.
Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary medical examinations and the completion of appropriate forms.
Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote sale of insurance plans.
Explain necessary bookkeeping requirements for customer to implement and provide group insurance program.
Examining its general condition, type, age, and other characteristics, to decide if it is a good insurance risk.
Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals.
Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.
Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals on behalf of insurance companies, including automobile, fire, life, property, medical and dental insurance or specialized policies such as marine, farm/crop, and medical malpractice.
