Providing an overall excellent customer service experience to ensure the client’s needs
are met.
• Liase with clients worldwide
• Arranging orientation tours in Dubai for senior expats and their families from
multinational organisations highlighting residential communities, attractions, schools
and other points of interest.
• Administration and organisation skills of home searches including extensive
coordination with real estate agents, landlords & their agents and the assignees.
• Arranging and organisation of School searches for assignees children including
researching the school curriculum/ availability and daily commute for their family
members.
Organising and delivering training and development for staff members
• Reception duties involving the day to day operations of the salon and managing the
booking diary, phone calls and the main point of contact for new and potential clients by
face to face/ telephone and emails.
• Marketing the Salon with the local press and community
• Building and maintaining a regular multinational client base
Promoting and marketing the salon to the compound residents and outside clients
• Offering a wide variety of treatments and retail products for ladies only
• Building and maintaining a regular multinational client base
• Reception Duties, stock inventories/ new orders
• Sourcing and negotiating with local suppliers for stock and equipment
Responsibilities Include:
• Training of retail and spa staff in product knowledge in the Middle East (including
extensive travelling in the G.C.C)
• Training of treatment protocols for 5-star hotel spas in the Middle East
• Development of treatment protocols and procedures for exclusive spas and counter-
staff for high end retail establishments in the region
• Organising and delivering refresher training and follow up on procedures to ensure
knowledge retention
• Organising treatment events for international celebrities and VIP’s
• Increasing brand awareness and sales through monthly events facials, product
demonstrations and launches in department stores throughout the GCC
• Organising and delivering public relation events for local media
• Updating protocol manuals for the regional market
Responsibilities Include:
• Pre-opening of the Spa
• Recruitment of suitable and experienced spa staff, training development, and yearly
appraisals
• In house training for the staff in the spa treatments and techniques, retail products and
setting the standard of spa procedures to be implemented
• Setting achievable commission targets, bonus incentives, and working with the accounts
department on the yearly budgets/ KPI structure.
• Implemented the Spa treatment menu, signature treatments and price structure within
the spa market.
• Advertising and marketing the spa with the press and local and expat community
• Promoting the Spa with local media to maximize its profitability and visibility in the UAE
• Sourcing and Procuring suitable spa product ranges to use that were exclusive for the
spa.
