As HR Manager, I act as the sparring partner of the Managing Directors. I support and advise the Management Team and staff, ensuring that all processes and actions support continuity of the business.
Responsibilities:
• Management of the full recruitment cycle and on boarding process.
• Implementation of an HR information system(HRIS) supporting and facilitating automation of processes and data.
• Primary responsibility for the roll out and training employees in the HRIS
• Compilation and updating of employee records and documentation of HR files.
• Ensuring compliance with company’s guidelines and local labour law.
• Preparation and issuance of HR related documents such as; offer letters, employment contract, no objection certificates, salary letters, employment certificate, recommendation letter etc.
• Assist with the onboarding process, management of probationary periods and coordination of the exit process.
• Support for all staff with HR related topics e.g. absence and leave.
• Generation of management information reports.
• Introduction of personal development plans (PDP) and support of each team in creation of a SMART PDP.
• Fostering a healthy work environment.
• Reporting to the CEO
HR Anheuser-Busch InBev is a leading global brewer and one of the world’s top five consumer products companies. I completed research about the differences between generations within AB InBev and advised how AB-InBev could adjust their HR tools accordingly.
Originally a family owned business dedicated to dinning. Responsible for the complete re-design of the business while increase the business income by 50%. Furthermore, supporting the overall business.
KPN is a leading provider of telecommunications and IT services in the Netherlands. My main responsibilities was monitoring and analysing staff turnover, absenteeism and leave management.

Project Manager - 'Op verkenning bij KPN'
Management of yearly event called “On Exploration at KPN” which focuses on giving University students a general impression of how a particular field or job is organised within KPN.
Project Coordinator - 'Echo'
· Coordination of a project called “ECHO”, a mentoring programme for Dutch students with a non-Western background organised by Shell, Netherlands, KPN, ABNAMRO, NS, KPMG and ECHO with the purpose of giving guidance to talented students
· Screening and recruitment of the KPN mentors who were assigned as “objective sparring partners” to mentees.
Responsible for frontline customer service, product advisor, handling and resolution of complains, inventory control and replenishment, conducting till operations and cash management.
