Managing and organizing the training department covering 10 spas situated in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Responsible for over 300 therapists and trainees of multinational backgrounds. Responsible for the training and distribution of product brands.

Working all over London and the South East visiting salons, spas and training providers delivering up to date industry training. Identifying weaknesses and recommending options and solutions for existing spa and beauty businesses.

Responsible for the beauty department and running, delivery of all Beauty Therapy courses at all levels including City and Guilds and VTCT curriculum: NVQ and VRQ.
Training, teaching and assessing classes and groups of up to 30 students of multi-cultural backgrounds and differing abilities the theory and practical of the following treatments: Electrical facials and body treatments, Swedish, Aromatherapy and Indian Head massage, all waxing including intimate (hot and warm), manicures and pedicures, eye treatments, make-up, and all aspects of spa etiquette.
