• Responsible for CMPAK CPP & LDI billing, invoicing, revenue reconciliation, Dispute reconciliation and settlement of Intl Roaming, CPP and LDI operators.

Interconnect Function Role:
• Responsible for LDI/interconnect bill run. Ensure 100% traffic collection and delivery and Provisioning of CDR’s to Operator.
• Implements and Ensure the proper and timely implementation of the Interconnect Agreements through efficiently coordinating with Engineering, IT, Legal, Commercial, Regulatory & Finance Departments.
• Cost Revenue Analysis\Traffic Analysis \ Trend Analysis
• Provisioning of Monitoring and Reconciliation of International Traffic for Legal & Regulatory purpose
• Monthly LDI\SCOR\CPP\MNP Reporting, Booking & Invoicing
• Verification, reconciliation and Definition of Operator, PRI, Trunk addition and IDD cost, codes in settlement system and live data reprocessing.
• Strong knowledge of LDI Billing, Tariffs, Rating, Re-rating, Invoices and Statements
Settlement Function Role:
Reconciliation, verification and settlement of LDI\CPP\IR\VAS & 3rd party invoices.

Did vendors selection for CMPAK LDI Billing System & VAS Transformation.
My tasks include:
• Making SOPs of all processes for Build out Infrastructure.
• Preparation & implementation of standard documents & improvement on recurring basis.
• Monitoring nationwide IT equipment IP Cameras, RFID cards, Network Racks, Biometric devices.
• Monitoring the logs of all queries escalated to vendor & keeping the record of job, record forms also reconciliation of these before payments process.
• Reconciliation of payments (quarterly & finally) according to Job Record forms.
