• Managing the onboarding process for new hires and ensuring they well understand the contract as per the labor law & company policies
• Initiating background checks for new hires through HireRight
• Working closely with the PRO to ensure the employee is compliant to start with the client (handling visa, EID and labor card renewals, etc.)
• Registering the new employee onto the HR portal with training on “how-to-use”
• Serving as the key person for central coordination of all administrative activities and ensuring that information flowed to and from in a timely manner
• Responsible for the preparation of Employment Offer Letters, Salary Certificates, NOC’s and Travel Insurance for visa applications, etc.
• Issuing medical insurance for all employees and dependents in accordance with DHA and HAAD regulations, including yearly policy reviews and renewals
• Preparing payroll reports, timesheet submissions and expense claims to be processed by the Accounts Team on a monthly basis
• Coordinating with our travel agency for air ticket bookings and hotel reservation required for business trips
• Processing incentives such as annual air ticket allowances and bonus awards
• Managing the offboarding process (visa cancellation, end-of-service calculations, issuance of employment letters, etc)
• Supporting the Account Managers with the renewals of client trade license & agreement
• Serving as a Project Assistant as required by the business (ex. coordinating recruitment activities according to Schlumberger’s requirements)
• Answered all candidate queries related to the recruitment process of UHG
• Updated hiring managers on the recruitment progress of the job openings
• Contacted applicants and hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews and coordinated travel arrangements as needed
• Updated the applicant tracking system (Oracle - Taleo) at all times
• Monitored background vendor activity and worked in tandem with our vendors to complete applicant background/drug processing
• Communicated the decision of the applicant to all recruitment support groups by updating the applicant management database and sending out status notifications
• Generated and sent offer letters/ packages to the selected candidates
• Approved of the joining bonus/ referral bonus based on the client’s agreement
