-Perform independently all administrative tasks for new hires and leavers in line with HR
Processes
-Record and maintain employee data over all HR Systems (from arrival to departure) and
provides reporting documents when necessary.
-In charge of relocation and schooling, support the employee in all aspects and work with
external suppliers, ensuring a successful and professional relocation service and
schooling compliance with local tax rules.
-Supporting in completion of job application materials and documents, and preparation of employment interviews and tests.
-Provides administrative support in the preparation of correspondence, reports, schedules, confidential materials and various employee issues.
-Support the on-boarding process, which includes updating and facilitating orientation sessions, new hire paperwork.
-Manage all leaves of absence cases end-to-end
-Solving disputes the employees have with the company.
-Entering data into the database for maintaining accurate records.

• Entering data on the Edge system for all sales and marketing activities
• Extracting sales and marketing reports as per the departments needs
• Liaising between the IT departments and Jordan’s head office
• Backing up the server on daily basis
• Purchasing IT equipment
