•Developing master schedule in accord with the project requirements; fully conversant with planning software - Primavera & MS Project.
•Updating, Monitoring & tracking project progress with the baseline schedules & highlighting milestones/critical activities.
•Preparing plate bearing test (PLT) reports, contract documents for various construction works
•Maintaining department's Document Management System including drawings/ delay logs, variations orders, procurements log, etc.
Project: Falcon Shopping Mall - (Commercial)
•Verifying and approving payment certificates and financial invoices as per contractual terms and conditions.
•Managing claims & variations orders and assisting client in dispute resolution.
•Liaising with stakeholders and support Management decisions by providing appropriate cost information and data.
•Working with stakeholders to ensure estimates are accurate and to make appropriate adjustments and resolve issues.

•Ensuring compliance with contract procedures and support project execution procedures.

•Evaluating technical & commercial bid proposals.
