Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and expense tracking
Assist with internal and external audits
Maintain organized records and support management with financial analysis

Prepares cash/cheque vouchers for disbursement and liquidation report
Facilitates the submission of all financial documents to funder
Transact to banks and other government agencies
In charge of the procurement process

Assist with the preparation of liquidation report
Facilitates submission of all financial documents to SDO and/or bank
Provides assistance with other financial related tasks of the School Head
Provide general administrative support to the school head and teachers

Receive and pre-inspect deliveries
Issues supplies, materials, equipment, and other materials to the requesting personnel
Keep an updated inventory of all supplies, materials, and equipment
Prepare and submit reports on all property accountability of the schol
Ensure that supplies, materials, and equipment are stored properly
