Present and sell company products and services .Handling & resolving all customer requests, inquiries, questions and complaints.Identify and resolve client concerns. Follow defined quality and sales procedures while running sales activities. Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems.take orders from customer following with him from A to Z till receiving his goods including following steps in production & hiring couriers till the shipment reach the customer, then of-course trying to reach his satisfaction by all means.
