 Input all applications received on day of receipt.
 Monitor/Update pending applications in coordination with Sales Support Team.
 Input all customer change requests via Egyptian Takaful - Life's system within agreed service level.
 Obtain files and input required data, accurately to amend policy records in accordance with customer's requirements.
 Ensure all received requests meet Egyptian Takaful - Life's policy conditions and business rules.
 Log and report omissions or errors to your Business Process Supervisor.
 Refer complex/sensitive problems to your Policy Admin Supervisor and concerned departments.
 Input lists of items, numbers, or other data into computers or complete forms that appear on a computer screen. They also may manipulate existing data, edit current information, or proofread new entries to a database for accuracy.
