Duties include request data entry and identifying missing items or inaccurate requests.
Input all applications received on day of receipt.
Monitor/Update pending applications in coordination with Sales Support Team.
Input all customer change requests via Egyptian Takaful - Life's system within agreed service level.
Obtain files and input required data, accurately to amend policy records in accordance with customer's requirements.
Ensure all received requests meet Egyptian Takaful - Life's policy conditions and business rules.
Log and report omissions or errors to your Business Process Supervisor.
Refer complex/sensitive problems to your Policy Admin Supervisor and concerned departments.
Input lists of items, numbers, or other data into computers or complete forms that appear on a computer screen. They also may manipulate existing data, edit current information, or proofread new entries to a database for accuracy.
- Preparing price quotations to clients.
- Providing yearly, monthly and daily reports of clients operating.
- Assisting and revising the process of finalizing contracts with clients (Technical &Commercial).
- Supervising the operational work to ensure all operational work is done properly.
- Revising invoices to ensure that they are typical to the quotations, price lists and contracts.
- Revising operational work and requested services to make sure it matches the actual invoices.
- Preparing research and reports about potential clients and approaching clients.
Communicating with clients:
- Taking assignment and creative briefs.
- Presenting assignments samples, taking amendments and executing them.
- Writing contact reports and proposals, and presenting them to clients.
Communicating with vendors & suppliers:
- Providing the agency with the best prices from different vendors and suppliers.
Account management:
- Assigning takes for the creative, design departments and print house shop.
- Supervising the creative, design and print production process.
Administration work:
- Creating all sheet forms.
- Creating different departments’ report forms.
