⚫Reserve the approximate materials needed with the factory and store for the new projects whose contracts have been signed by the clients.
⚫Prepare the project description documentation for the client based on the project’s contract beside the precise measurements and all the technical aspects for the project that have been recommended by the measurements team.
⚫Use AutoCAD software to draw the needed project diagrams with their accurate dimensions and include them in the project description documentation beside the production order.
⚫Arrange with the planning department to make a scheduled plan that includes the time zone for the entire project starting from receiving project payments from the client, planning the installation dates, until finishing the project and submitting all its deliverables.
⚫Check the invoice received from the invoicing team, that should be pricing the entire elements of the project.
⚫Provide the sales department with the project description documentation, the scheduled plan, and the project invoice, then make sure to receive the client agreement on these documents.
⚫Create production orders that include; stock lists, cutting lists and glass orders.
⚫ Follow up with the factory, store and glass suppliers to ensure that everything will be produced and supplied within the expected time frame.
⚫ Coordinate with the installation team regarding the installation process and assure that its runs smoothly without any shortage of materials while providing them with any shortfalls if required.
⚫ Coordinate with the Iraq and Qatar teams regarding any new projects and ensure that we have shipped to them all the project items by filling the packing list needed for each project.
⚫ Handle and answer customer's inquiries, questions and requests regarding products, orders, and returns through all communication channels; including phone calls, emails, and chat in a professional way.
⚫ Open cases on the system with unsolved issues and record all relevant information in order to escalate to the concerned department.
⚫ Coordinate with warehouse and shipping companies regarding customer’s orders.
⚫ Maintain contact with all customers and follow up with them to ensure high level of customers' satisfaction.
