Responsible for external and in-house recruitment, for Executive Level to Low level positions
Attracting and screening candidates, carrying out telephonic interviews, and background checks for temporary or permanent positions with clients,
Build positive relationships in order to gain a better understanding of clients' recruitment needs and requirements - Client Relationship Management.
Networking and headhunting through referrals.
Efficiently screening and sourcing using different Job Portals and Social Networking sites (Naukri Gulf, Bayt, LinkedIn, Indeed.com, etc.)
Manage interviews by coordinating times/dates with all concerned divisions, attend panel interviews and provide competencies based evaluation for candidates. Obtain interview feedback from business and/or panel of interviewers.
Ensure that the proper contracts are prepared, logistic & accommodation facilities provided for employees.
Manage various clients and driving business from them.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Developing and implementing HR strategy - along with the top management
• In charge of Attendance via fingerprints data, Time sheets for all departments, Medical Insurance Policy, Compensation & Benefits administration, and Performance Management - reduced overall procedure times by 80%.
• Assisting the General Manager with the Talent Acquisition Process
• Managing payments, job contracts and terminations
• Recording and maintaining employee records on ‘Dafater’
• Writing, Recording and Filing of company letters, memos, forms
• Managing petty cash transactions - in charge of all petty cash transactions of all employees.
• Managing all Proposals, Purchase Orders and Company Contracts.
• Making company presentations and scheduling meetings.
• Assisting the Finance Manager in making monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets.
• Working with journals, sales & purchase ledgers, financial statements.
• Efficiently assisting the Finance Manager with audits - which in turn reduced the audit time from 2 months to less than a week.
• Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
• Providing administrative support to Finance Manager
• Undertaking tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail and basic bookkeeping
