• Responsible for managing 11 travel programs simultaneously coordinating travel arrangements for up to 200 clients per program. Successfully met deadlines by prioritizing workload and utilizing organization skills.
• Processed bookings, cancellations, and invoicing clients. Followed up on unpaid accounts and drafted documents and letters. Balanced administrative tasks and customer service.
• Proofread and edited documents, created reports. Took on additional tasks and projects to support various departments.
• Served as assistant to the Program Manager and the Director.
• Developed four project proposals and reports to national and international donors including the government of West Bengal, and partner organizations/institutions. Reviewed and compiled all of the organization’s program’s monitoring and evaluation documents into one document. Used results-based planning frameworks to kick-off a new project with the local Indian government. Drafted dance movement therapy workshop guidelines, official and regular program reports, and internal sexual harassment rights policies.
• Wrote concept notes once a week to secure new funding and new clients.
• Conducted public relations and marketing, including photography, videography, editing and social media graphics design and posting.
• Elected to the position within the student NGO. Managed the organization’s public relations operations and supervised the team of four PR officers. Overcame internal opposition to revamp the NGO’s brand, creating buy in on each step.
• Designed print and social media advertising, facilitated brand overhaul and management. In my first week, member enrollment increased from 12 to 60. Responsible for team of 3 for graphic design, photo editing and social media.
