Procurement Part:
• Assist business units in assessing budgets prior to procuring goods and services.
• Responsible for obtaining quotations.
• Responsible for the preparation of purchase requisition.
• Responsible for the preparation and accurate processing of purchase orders.
• Responsible for investigating qualitative and quantitative discrepancies between goods ordered and goods received.
• Responsible for the accurate processing goods receipts.
• Responsible for providing monthly feedback to finance on a status of capital projects.
• Responsible for generating monthly procurement reports, identify and investigate unusual items and report accordingly.
• Responsible for attending to queries from business units and vendors with reference to purchase orders and receipts of goods.

Logistics Part:
•Planning and Preparation of schedules for lines of appropriate services to transport products (Car, urgent, air and sea) to maintain a balance between the cost-effectiveness of customer services and the cost of shipments.
•Follow up on shipping and customs operations.
•Ensure compliance with all guidelines and government regulations specific to establish the direction of shipments related.
•Continuous follow-up with airport free zone.
•Ensure appropriate documentation, including documentation and transit, customs clearance, and exit of cargo.
•Ensure appropriate documentations of documents and finely processed, and distributed delivered to the carrier, freight forwards at right time.
•Coordinate closely with purchases and warehouses to ensure the efficiency of operations.
•Follow-up international suppliers to ensure proper packaging, handling, and shipping of products according to the standards of the time all state and local regulations.
•Status updates shipments on a daily basis.
•Provide shipping charges information tender pricing
Perform other duties at the request of immediate supervisor.
