• Maintain the performance of the S&M department to reach its goal.
• Coordinate sales operations with all other departments of the hotel.
• Develop and maintain business relations with all customers of the hotel, by solving customers’ and companies’ problems by satisfactory solutions.
• Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities by phone calls and email campaign, initiate action plan to approach and secure new business contracts for the hotel.
