The topic of research was 'Calcium Dynamics and Free Radical Damage in Neurotoxicty of Diazepam". This was a relevant topic to understand how the brain function is affected with sedatives as mild as Benzodiazepines. I have published 3 research papers from this topic. I was actively leading the development of this research laboratory to be the centre for herbal toxicity studies. As a result, I was able to teach a Research Methods course to pre-nursing students in Canada.
