Performing the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
Determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans
Obtaining, analyzing and evaluating accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts etc

• Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.

• Escalating technical problems to IT Consultant and keep updates with solution
• Collects and enters maintenance incidents, contracts, customer maintenance quotations data
• Generates reports and sends them to users when needed
• Work as first line support to Microsoft projects server and Microsoft CRM
