Analysis and preparation of financial models and templates on several adhoc requests including ROE, ROCE and related financial ratios
Management of Delivery Channels like ATMs, POS to implement the Ministry of Finance 2013 policy towards inclusive banking facilities
Resolution of Customer complaints related to delivery channels that are escalated to the top management or directed through the Banking Ombudsman, by investigating on transaction details
Assisted senior management of e-business in drafting of notes for approval from top management / board on various proposals/ideas
