• Develop business relationships with all levels of management within end users from various Vertical Market sectors.
• Follow up and engage Vertical market end users and dealers on support requests, product pricing information, system design and literature requests.
• Promote Extron trainings for Vertical Market and ensure proper follow up.
• Ensure database accuracy with updates as required.
• Assist team with incoming calls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage the preparations of quotes/ offers for contractors.
• Prepare and manage the preparations of tenders and submittals as instructed by direct management.
• Prepare audio visual and low voltage designs with the aim to deliver the most effective solution for the client.
• Assist in negotiation with contractors or consultant seeking for technical approval.
• Assist in enlarging the circle of suppliers.
Systems Expertise:
• Audiovisual systems including video, audio, control, video walls, capturing systems, video conferencing, interpretation system, etc
• Complete home automation system including AV and security
• Digital signage, Background Music, Room Booking, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead AV design process for multiple projects to create detailed design documents for AV systems meeting
client requirements
• Prepare complete technical and commercial submittals for designed projects
• Engage early on in project lifecycle and lead discussions with clients to understand functional requirement of
project
• Lead requirements gathering processes to help clients translate their functional into technical requirements
• Development of RFP documents including AV contractor bid specifications, equipment lists, and design
drawings
• Develop and maintain knowledge of current and new technologies that company offers
• Build, manage and lead design engineers
• Follow up on manufacture training and motivate design/technical team to attend
Systems Expertise:
• Audiovisual systems including video, audio, control, video walls, capturing systems, video conferencing,
interpretation system, etc
• Complete home automation system including AV and security
• Lighting control for commercial & residential facilities
• Digital signage system
Key Responsibilities:
• Design of high-end audiovisual systems and other ELV Systems
• Pre-sales support and design value-added projects involving multiple technologies
• Liaising with vendor and client personnel for following-up cases arising at customer production environment
• Preparing complete tenders for Audiovisual solutions and other ELV systems
• Coordinate with end users in preparing systems design, complete up to date specification and drawings to be
released for tendering
• Preparing after project award documentations and supervise systems shop drawings
• Resolve and recommend remedial measures for problems affecting technical work
• Preparing administrative documents in terms of finance job costing, purchase orders to suppliers, petty cash expenses
Systems Expertise:

• Coordinate installation of new or modified hardware, software, or programming modules of telecommunication systems.
• Work with personnel staff to install, or relocate user connectivity equipment and devices.
• Experience functions and activities of different technical units.
• Work on Java programming language to perform a project which serves as an SMS interface.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare cost and materials estimates
• Prepare and study technical drawings, specification of electrical systems to ensure that installation and
operations conform to standards and customer requirements
• Operate computer-assisted engineering, design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks
• Resolve and recommend remedial measures for problems affecting technical work
• Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications
