SDC PROJECT BANGALURE (WIPRO)
•Ensure all work on site, in all working areas, are performed in safe conditions, in compliance to company HSE policy and all personnel on site actually abide by the approved safety, health and environment and fire prevention procedure.
•Coordinate with safety representative in the routine safety inspection. General personal protective equipment, working procedure, slinging, lifting and rigging operation.
•Role of supervision in accident prevention, Conduct tool box for the work force on different safety issues.
•Carry out scaffolding inspection, Conduct risk assessment and take necessary safety precautions before work start.
•Accident / incident investigation, First-aid and emergency proceedings and confined space entry. Inspection of all electrical equipment.
Responsible for monitoring the Safety, Health and Environment Management programs in the construction site.
•Work as team member in improvement projects related to EHS.
•Training construction site personnel and contract employees in EHS.
•Monitor Implementation of the work permit systems for various activities and monitoring the effectiveness of the same.
•Responsible for the daily management of the contractor for EHS at site.
•To conduct every morning tool box talks at site.
•To mention major unsafe conditions and work to every week discuss with persons And take necessary actions also
•Monitor and organize emergency response and mock drills in the construction site and other measures aimed at improved EHS culture.
