• Assist the Resident Engineer in performing the contractual duties on site.
• Assist the Resident Engineer in the management and direction of a team of Engineers and Inspectors for the supervision of the construction of the Expressways designs.
• Assists the Resident Engineer in reporting on progress, safety, financial recommendations, quality control and design modifications.
• Builds a trusted relationship with the management team and with the client's counterpart staff.
• Establishes an appropriate working relationship with the contractors.
• Places an emphasis on safe construction practices (Target Zero) and on maintaining a high quality of construction. Leads by example in driving safe practices on site.
• Assists the Resident Engineer in monitoring progress of construction against the programme, and takes steps to ensure the programme is achieved.
• Ensures that the project quality control procedures are used for the highway supervision works and monitors it for improvement. Cooperates with audits required in accordance with the contract requirements and KEO’s internal systems.
• Contributes to the safety and build-ability reviews of the proposed designs.
• Evaluates, selects, and adapts construction management and control techniques, procedures, and criteria to suit job tasks, and devises and implements solutions to problems encountered.
• Ensures that the Construction Supervision teams members effectively identify manage and report project risks.

Lamy 10A (Palm hills) residential compound
-Including 12 buildings, mall, infra structure, Roads and landscape.
*Main duties & responsibilities
•Coordinating staff duties (supervising works, reviewing contractor payments).
•Coordinating between design department, contractor and site obstructions.
•Attending weekly and monthly meetings with contractor representative and client representative.
•Revising all material, subcontractors and suppliers submittals for approval.
Senior bridge engineer & technical support for bridge department for the bridges projects of the company as the following:
A- Reconstruction of Mafraq Interchange
The project is consist of 2 main bridge (box post tension system)+ 4 viaducts(box post tension system)+ road works of a length 10 Km, width 90 m starting from the soil replacement, base, sub base coarse and asphaltic binder and wearing
Sas Elnakhil Utility Bridge & Surrounding area(Road works)
The project is consist of 1 bridge (pre tension girders system)+ road works of total length 15 Km, with different widths starting from the soil replacement, base, sub base coarse, geotextile and asphaltic binder and wearing
