• My role includes sales & presales engineering of Information and communications technology (ICT) products such as- NComputing, IP PBX and IP Phones, Wi-Fi, Firewall, Video Conferencing system, Servers and storage.
• Business development activities such as Lead Generation, Sending Quote, Followups, and Closing the deal, providing services and retaining the clients.
• My role was to promote and sell the educational materials such as Pearson Educational CDs and books to new and existing customer.
• It involved B2C, to end user clients and B2B, to schools directly.
• Going and meeting the clients directly. Also Cold and Hot Calling.
• Explaining them the features of the product by mapping them with customer’s requirements.
• Closing sales and making plans to gain repeat business.
• Telesales- Pitching the services offers for Sony Vaio computer.
• Troubleshooting OS, network, and other technical related issues by accessing customer’s computer remotely.
• Giving the customers the technical information related to Sony Vaio.
