Responsible for costing, estimating and planning of projects, preparing project initiation documentation and
ensuring best value is obtained for the project including supplier base, use of internal and external resources. Key
role in tracking activities against the detailed project plans and updating project plans to include agreed changes.

* EPIC for Two Numbers Plant Change Request at Qatar Petroleum Refinery, Mesaieed which includes
Engineering, Design, Installation, Testing& Commissioning of 30V DC UPS and Installation of Twenty
Numbers CBCT and ELR in one of the Critical Panels inside the plant.(Nitrogen Unit And De-Alkalization
Unit).
* High and Low Voltage Power Cable jointing, Termination and Associated services in RLIC, which includes the
cable fault identification, High Pot testing, Termination of cables & Cable Jointing etc
* EPIC for Replacement of 6 no’s 110V DC Battery Chargers(DALE, UK)at NGL(Natural Gas Liquid) Plant Qatar
Petroleum, Mesaieed. Includes Engineering, Design, Installation, Testing& Commissioning of 6 No’s 110V DC
Chargers.
* EPIC for Two Numbers Plant Change Request Job at Qatar Petroleum Refinery, Mesaieed which includes
the Installation, Testing& Commissioning of 37KW hazardous classification motor .
* Call-off contract for Cable laying, Jointing & Termination at QP Refinery for 5 years, Mesaieed. Includes
Testing of Cables up to 33 KV, Cable Fault Identification, Termination of Cables, Cable Jointing, Excavation,
Cable Laying.
* Electrical Maintenance Services at QP Offshore Locations for 5 years. Includes co-ordination with OEM for
Offshore Mobilization, arranging manpower for Electrical works at Offshore.
* Maintenance of Substation & Street Lights for 5 years at Mesaieed and Raslaffan for Qatar Petroleum
which involves Routine, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Substations, Street Lights, High Masts,
Generator sets, UPS, Battery Chargers, test services of MV LV Switch Gear, Cubic Panels, Circuit Breakers,
Protection Relays, Power & Distribution Transformers, Isolator switches, MCCB’s, Cables, Cable Joints, Earth
System etc.
Projects Completed:
* Excavation, Cable laying & Termination of Power cables for Boiler units at Qatar Chemicals, RasLaffan.
* Excavation, Cable laying & Termination for replacement of Underground Power cables for O2 Analyser &
Acid gas flare at Qatar Chemicals, Mesaieed.
* Installation and commissioning of 560 High bay LED lights in South Logistics area including replacing of two
Distribution Boards with new at Qatar Chemicals, Mesaieed.
* Installing and commissioning of four no’s Plant Change Request jobs in Qatar Petroleum Refinery which
includes replacement of plant lights for the area lighting, installation of Distribution board including
commissioning and erection, Fixing of Explosion proof junction boxes for plant motors.

Conducted kick-off meeting with the clients. Handled weekly progress meetings with company site representative,
client members & company representatives. Ensured statutory, company’s and client’s standards are met and
carried out the analysis of HSE Issues with HSE Advisors and HSE Manager. Raising purchase order for project
materials, tools & tackles, consumables and welding accessories for fabrication and erection activities

* Installation, Testing And Commissioning one number of 1600 KVA Transformer and two numbers of 160KVA
generator and associated works consisting of circuit cum point wiring, DBs, lightning protection, light
fittings, HT cables, HT metering cubicle, VCB panel, Electrical Installation for Fire Pump & Panel at LPG

Oversaw daily and weekly planning of site activities & circulating the weekly tasks to the various departments like
Engineering, Purchase, Store, and Production & Logistics. Maintained daily reports and weekly submission to the
client. Interfaced and monitored all the site activities along with subcontractor supervisors and FW supervisors for
the smooth running of the project.
