APC
Spartan ROP, Spartan 6X6 (Hunter), Spartan EOD, Puma, Scorpion, IGIRIGI, Kraz, Varan 6X6, Maxi Spartan, Typhoon, F550 CIT, F550 Assault, Kamaz Command Control Unit, F550 Prisoner Transport etc
•Responsible for managing a technical team to carrying out the erection, installation and commissioning of plants and equipments.
•Complete the project as scheduled to achieve the organizational objectives.
•Responsible for maximizing the output from Batching Plant, Crushing Plant, Hot Mix Plant and WMM plant as per the site requirement by monitoring job execution, scheduling tasks, technical clarification and meeting acceptable standards.
•To plan and make availability of materials to get the desirable job completed as scheduled
•To plan & execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance schedule.
•Coordinate with purchase section and store section for proper and timely procurement of materials
•Responsible for managing a technical team to carrying out the erection, installation and commissioning of plants and equipments.
•Responsible for maximizing the output from plants. Meet and discuss regularly with the technical team, regarding job execution, scheduling tasks, planning and executing preventive maintenance, thus ensuring the highest standards in our work
•Breakdown the work into monthly, weekly and daily targets and initiate action for achieving the targets
•Complete the project as scheduled to achieve the organizational objectives.
•Job allocation to technicians, production workers and field engineers and follow up, guide and completion of day to day maintenance work
Responsible for Scheduling of all equipments and implementation of preventive / periodic maintenance.
•Responsible for planning and indenting of spares and follow up with purchase department.
•To ensure that all break down jobs are attended immediately and rectification works carried out in time
Responsible for erection and Commissioning of Plants and Equipments.
•Responsible for managing the production and maintenance of Crushing plant & Batching plant.
•Scheduling of all equipments and implementation of preventive / periodic maintenance
Responsible for planning and executing Preventive, Predictive & Breakdown Maintenance
•Responsible for assembly and commissioning of equipments like Loader, Grader, Roller, Dumper, Transit Mixture, Hydra etc.
•Responsible for erection and commissioning of Batching Plant, Crushing Plant & WMM Plant.
