Operations Implant for Danzas AEI Emirates LLC at Aggrego Services DMCC (from June 2018 - April 2019)
• Responsible for handling the key account and building good business relationship with the client.
• Handling customer requirements and execution of all logistics activities for the client across the globe, especially for their project in Kuwait.
• Negotiating freight and service terms with DHL offices across the world.
• Coordinating with inspection companies like Bureau Veritas and SGS for COC and SASO certifications.

Order Fulfillment:
• Responsible for management and execution of all logistics activities for shipments across the globe.
• Well experienced in handling the complete supply chain for vehicles \[cars (Commercial & Armored), trucks & heavy machinery\], tires (Pirelli, Good Year, Dunlop & Sumitomo), spare parts (all major brands), lubricants (Texaco and Total) and batteries (Varta, Exide and HMMWV), especially for contracts related to US Army, UN & NATO.
• Well experienced in handling the complete supply chain for vehicles \[cars (Commercial & Armored), trucks & heavy machineries\], tires (Pirelli, Good Year, Dunlop & Sumitomo), spare parts (all major brands), lubricants (Texaco and Total) and batteries (Varta, Exide and HMMWV).
• Handling customer requirements and ensuring timely logistics services.
• Negotiation of service terms with worldwide freight agents and insurance companies.
• Complete freight management and review of all inbound, outbound and cross-trade shipments.
• Negotiate the best pricing and payment terms with key suppliers.

• Liaise with inspection companies like Bivac and SASO certification agents for issuing required certification for shipments to Liberia, Saudi Arabia etc.

• Ensure all shipments / collections / deliveries are covered by insurance.
• Develop the business relationship with freight forwarders, customs and chamber of commerce authorities.
• Meeting with customers globally (including Afghanistan) to establish better communication and service
• Review and approve invoices received from forwarders to ensure they are matching quotations.
• Coordinate with Finance and Administration to ensure timely payments.
• Record and make available in the system the actual delivery dates.
• Establish and maintain a valid freight catalogue for common means of transport from and to common destinations.
• Plan and forecast with regards to future operations.
• Ensure that all staff are well supported and are regularly supervised on an individual and group level.
• Provide reports to management as required.
Warehouse Management:
• Oversee and ensure that structures are in place to manage the receiving of parts / inbound shipments and dispatch of outbound shipments.
• Oversee the planning of receiving, re-packing and dispatch of shipments as per the requisites of the particular destinations.
• Oversee the special packing required for cargo which are hazardous in nature.
• Ensure the quality check for all parts being dispatched from CSPT Warehouse.
Resource Management:
• Allocate and manage Order Fulfillment staff resources according to changing needs.
• Manage the servicing of warehouse equipment’s and forklift.
• Ensure all software systems are adequate to meet the needs of the business.
