Manage a team of HR services advisors who are responsible for providing resolution to the queries raised by employees across GEOs. • Provide guidance clarification and interpretation of company policy as per the defined guidelines. • Maintain and continuously enhance key HR contact center performance indicators such as quality, productivity, customer satisfaction and Service Level Agreement (SLA). • Managing and updating the escalation Matrix proactively. • Liaise closely with BU HR and functional teams and business groups to provide status on follow through requests. • Drive customer centricity and improve customer experience through regular audit checks. • This job is assigned with duties and responsibilities where in the employees across globe is given timely solutions for their queries. • Also plays the role of Subject Matter Expert for claims related queries across globe of the organization. • Solving and providing appropriate resolutions to the employees across globe within the stipulated SLA (exclusively claims) • Good knowledge in HR policies and act as a single point of contact for the employees across globe for their queries
