Organizes and leads maintenance trainings. Sets the shift schedule and assignments. Develops maintenance policies and procedures. Orders tools, supplies, and equipment. Create PM, CM, and other tickets on CAFM. Prepare cost sheet and quotations as per client requirement for out of scope work. Received safety permits regarding maintenance work and make sure safety procedure followed by technicians as per GACA, JEDCO and SAL HSE standards. Before starting any maintenance task, responsible to organize TBT and safety training for assigned team, Responds to maintenance requests Responsible for planning, scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC system AHU Chilled water and DX type (York), FCU, Clean agent exhaust fan, fresh air supply fan, exhaust fan, Safety system FACP (Honeywell), Novec-1230-fire-suppression system, Firefighting system. Security system CCTV (AXIS Fibernetex operated and monitored by Genetic software), vehicle inspection system (Desert), Access control System (Honeywell), Arm barrier (White rose), Motorized Sliding and swing gates (White rose), Hydraulic road blockers (White rose). Control & electrical BMS system (Honeywell), Electrical panels, MDP panels, ATS panels, RMU, CBS, UPS. IT System patching panels, Network termination, network switches (Cisco), Others Electrical shutter (Anfal), Dock leveler, domestic pumps (Grundfos), Also responsible to maintain plumbing system of domestic water supply, Renovation of offices regarding civil, electrical and air conditioning, as per client requirements.
Under direction of the maintenance Manager, supervises and schedules maintenance activities for educational campus. Communicate assignments and major tasks to technicians and make sure they have all the instructions necessary to complete assignment properly. Responsible to create daily maintenance order and also requesting material for maintenance work on university property net software. Oversees the day to day operation of the maintenance department. Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in timely manner. Responsible for the maintenance of HVAC system, DX units, CCTV system, FACP system, Electrical equipment's, UPS, office machineries, Plumbing and civil works.
