My responsibilities:-
Maintain daily store record
Make procurement requisition note and Material receipt note
Make receiving entry in computer.
Issuing material to appropriate person and receive signature from him.
Keep manual and computer record.
Inspect material daily about damage.
Make sure that the return material is in good form.
My Responsibilities: -
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
Setting up accounts for staff, educate them on log in and resolve issues arising
Install and train end users of club lightings and controllers
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone
Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
Repairing equipment and replacing parts, checking computer equipment for electrical safety
Maintaining records of software licenses
My Responsibilities: -
Monitors and maintains current inventory levels.
Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.
Processes and/or approves invoices for payment.
Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.
Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry.
May lead, guide, and train staff/student employees, interns, and/or volunteers performing related work.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Teach Urdu to students.
