• To finalize the Baseline Schedule as per the major Milestone Dates.
• To prepare weekly report to highlight the progress and generate alarm for delays to Management.
• To monitor Planning & Scheduling in Microsoft Projects 2007 in Consultation with
Design, Procurement and Site team of the contractor.
• To monitor the material supply activity and Construction activity of Contractor.
• To monitor the Status Progress of Payment on construction.
• Preparing Monthly Reports includes Resources such as Manpower, Tools & tackles.
• To conduct meetings with contractors at various levels.
• Supervision and Inspection of Electro-Mechanical activities related to Project, installation of HVAC, Lighting, Plumbing, Steel Structures and Power systems equipment
• Planning & Scheduling in Primavera in consultation with Design, Procurement and Site team.
• Ensuring project progress with respect to schedule and highlighting delays to management.
• Allocation of resources to utilize maximum output.
• Coordination and follow up with client, consultants and vendors.
• Coordinating meeting with vendors & client.
• Coordinating with QA/QC to ensure the quality as per the client’s requirement and applicable standards.
• Scheduling meetings to discuss the constraints and to improve upon.
• Highlight the delays in completion of any scheduled critical activity related to material procurement and delivery, completion of construction activities and final completion.
