•Preparation of ITB and scope of work for projects.
•Preparation of basic and detail engineering documents such as ILDs, datasheets, markup drawings for execution for jobs raised through plant MOCs.
•Execution of projects generated through plant MOC system and initiated in Capex.
•FEED, DEP, vendor ofers, QA/QC, construction drawings, as built documents review & approval.
•Execution of instrument related MOCs, completing handling projects from the basic engineering upto final PSSR.
•Engineering support to plant jobs related to instrument work.

Worked with Daelim Industrial Co. Ltd. as Instrument Design Engineer in Seoul, South Korea. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
•P&ID review, Preparation of Instrument Index, DCS/PLC Point Database, vibration monitoring system, specification sheet and datasheet preparation, procurement for Control Valves, PSVs, PRVs, MOVs butterfly/Globe/Gate, ON-OF Valves, Steam Conditioning valves, Flow, level, Pressure and Temperature Instruments.
•Analyzer Package systems specification finalizing including stack gas monitoring system, steam and water analyzer system. Coordination with other disciplines for Instrument related issues.
•Preparation of material & purchase requisitions, datasheets and specifications sheets, I/O Lists,

Worked with Agritech Ltd. (Formerly Pak-American Fertilizer Ltd.) as Instrument & Control engineer in Pakistan. Pak-American Fertilizers Ltd. (ISO-9001, 14000 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certified) is a unit of Azgard9 industries. This plant was commissioned in 1998 by TOYO ENGINERING CORPORATION, JAPAN. Agritech Ltd. consists of boilers, 02 steam turbines & 01 Gas turbine for power generations. 01 HRSG coupled with gas turbine, 02 water Treatment plants one of them is for condensate return treatment of Urea & ammonia Plant and 06 cells of cooling tower. Name plate capacity of ammonia plant is 660 MT/day; plant design is of M/S Kellogg. Name plate capacity of urea plant is 1050 MT/day; plant design is of M/S Toyo Engineering Corporation.
