Prepare techno commercial quotation
Prepare cost sheet considering all the required specifications of the pump sets (e.g. strainer, flexible connectors, PRV, VFD panel, etc.)
Suggest percentage of markup or margin as per the customer & the market scenario, which further is approved by the immediate manager
Prepare technical submittals
Documentation i.e. filing all documents pertaining to Project sales dept. (Consultant comments, compliance statement, Customer complaint/monthly reports/minutes of meeting etc…).
Get approval for the costing sheet from department Manager
Meeting customer along with the sales engineers for any technical queries related to the proposed product.
Maintain & Update the Quality System Manual of the Mechanical department.
Generate enquiries.
Get machine specifications & technical details.
Propose machine design matching the customer’s requirement.
Get the design approved from the customers.
Part detailing of machine parts using AutoCAD.
Drawing of sequence diagram of machine.
Good knowledge of machining operation & sequence.
Check for the part detailing of each assembly unit.
Release the BOM (Bought out items & in house manufactured items).
Development of documents as per ISO requirements.
Maintain ISO standards in the company.
Communicate with the customer regarding the present status of their particular project.
Developed the ERP system as per the requirement of the company.
Trouble shooting of network & plotter problems.
