As per above designation I am responsible for below mention activities;
Recruit the new employee and arrange the interviews and finalize the candidate from foreign and local market.
Arrange all the Visa process for new employees and their requirements process and related matters.
Responsible for all the records of employees in computer Software & in physical files.
Monitor the attendance machines and attendance of employees and making the Payroll and other wages.
Deals with insurance company and all its related issues individually.
Manage & update the organization charts.
Provide all the letters and govt. documents to employees and coordination with them.
Responsible for new training programs for employees and arrange seminars invitations.
Arrange all the Visa process for new employees and their requirements process and related matters.
Manage and compile all the documents related to residential permit for foreign employees to submit in passport office.
Arranging meeting with head of departments and make performance report for future strategies of HR and to improve administration of office.
Arrange all the traveling tickets, schedules & residential arrangements.
As a Manager I am responsible for management, targets, customer care and all related activities at the branch level. Specifically I perform following activities;
1. Set system of customer care & Opening of Accounts,
2. Responsible for all subordinate need full staff.
3. Responsible for making better sales to achieve target.
4. Managing and maintaining branch exposure.
5. Managing and maintaining network with the Head Office.
6. Managing and maintaining transaction database.
7. Managing (filling) relevant report at manager level.
As Research Analyst I was responsible for technical and fundamental analysis of Karachi Stock Exchange market, Economic analysis of the country (Pakistan), Impact of world economy / events on Pakistan Stock Exchanges. Specifically I perform following activities;
1. Preparation of technical report on daily basis.
2. Use of Meta Stock Professional to predict market flow through meta indicators.
3. Preparation of report on market fundamentals on daily basis.
As a Manager I am responsible for management, marketing and deal with clients to achieve branch targets & enhance branch sales.
