* Training Sessions Management: I am responsible to arrange training sessions for the beneficiaries on a timely manner based on the target of trainees to be trained each year.

* Training Courses Development: I am developing and translating training courses from English and Arabic to Kurdish on a scheduled manner, I also make sure that the taught materials are up to date by updating the taught information courses to the trainees.

* Providing Technical Information: I am the point of contact to provide technical information for the projects in the Kurdistan region of Iraq that use Knauf brand materials in the construction process.

* Market Research and Reporting: I use to do market research from time to time according to the schedule set by the higher management, I prepare competition tables, I update the current ongoing projects reports all over the Kurdistan region of Iraq for the projects that are potentially using our Knauf brand materials in the construction process in order to track the sales development for the company.

* Attending Training of Trainer Courses: I have attended multiple TOT courses to improve my knowledge in terms of providing high quality trainings to the trainees based on the market needs, I am attending these courses on a regular basis.

* General Logistics: met with vendors, updated vendors database, controlled invoices, expense lists and others. Scheduled meetings, prepared and presented logistics documents, worked on fleet management.

* Procurement and Inventory Management; checked stock availabilities, bought supplies, made inventory for the available stock, kept stock information updated.

* Market Analysis: made research about the current suppliers' market trends, found new suppliers, dealt
with the suppliers in an efficient manner, brought new offers for buying new stocks in long term manner.

* General Administration: managed the team and guided them, assigned roles and responsibilities to them. Set policies to the company and took care of stall well-being, hired new employees.

* Sales Management: managed the sales department of the company by supervising the sales team and dealing with the clients directly, maintaining long lasting relationships with the clients.

* Marketing Management: set the company digital advertising schemes, dealt with design team effectively, made sure the offline marketing tools of the company are designed properly.

* Content Writing: wrote attractive and trending content for the digital platforms of the company, edited, translated and made the proofreading of the written content in a consistent scheme.

* Checked project inventory and tracked all project items and assets.

* Assisted the procurement team during the procurement process.

* Prepared Payment Requests, Purchase Orders, PAR forms, RFQs and BPAs when needed.

* Prepared Loan Agreements for staff, assisted finance team for processing payments to the vendors.

* Created procurement files and managed documenting them.

* Assisted staff in addressing any procurement issues in collaboration with the operations and procurement staff.

* Well informed regarding all organizational policies and procedures related to procurement.

* Procurement management: prepared purchase requests, bought materials and items from the suppliers and the market, made bids analysis, etc.

* Assets management: kept tracking of the materials with proper supporting documents, made inventories, generated reports, etc.

* Administration and miscellaneous: prepared expense summaries, travel expenses, booked flight tickets, etc.

* Created and managed graphics database to have the graphics information available when needed in line with the processing of the project forward.

* Presented various graphic designs in 2D and 3D formats, like designing various promotional materials for the events and job fairs, such as; posters, fliers, brochures, banners and extra.

* Processed daily E-Mail based requests for graphics, prepared and presented activities reports on weekly basis.

* Participated in weekly meetings of communications department to update the department about the ongoing activities in the department.
