* Training Sessions Management: I am responsible to arrange training sessions for the beneficiaries on a timely manner based on the target of trainees to be trained each year.

* Training Courses Development: I am developing and translating training courses from English and Arabic to Kurdish on a scheduled manner, I also make sure that the taught materials are up to date by updating the taught information courses to the trainees.

* Providing Technical Information: I am the point of contact to provide technical information for the projects in the Kurdistan region of Iraq that use Knauf brand materials in the construction process.

* Market Research and Reporting: I use to do market research from time to time according to the schedule set by the higher management, I prepare competition tables, I update the current ongoing projects reports all over the Kurdistan region of Iraq for the projects that are potentially using our Knauf brand materials in the construction process in order to track the sales development for the company.

* Attending Training of Trainer Courses: I have attended multiple TOT courses to improve my knowledge in terms of providing high quality trainings to the trainees based on the market needs, I am attending these courses on a regular basis.
