Key Projects: Greenfields and Brownfields projects. Project values from $50K to multi-millions dollars. Taloona Gas Plant/ Taringa Gas plant/ QCLNG E04 Pipeline/ QCLNG Argyle & Bellevue Field Compression stations/ Daandine EPCM/ Port Moresby Power Station, EPC project.
Supervise major project control functions, comprising of resource utilisation, capabilities assessments, performance management to obtain desired goals. Communicate with division project controls manager and management team for enabling functional delivery aligned with cost and scheduling expectations. Manage project schedule, costs, and hours through WBS and coding structure. Create accurate project and division reports as well as deliver final results regarding financial performance to management. Identify project controls organisation, potential risks, opportunities, and trends in link with project manager and team.
